Karl Martin - Senior Pastor
Earl Grey tea with milk. Never tires of being with people. A former rock star, emergent cricketer and young person, Karl loves to see Arsenal win. Married to Niki with 4 daughters he occasionally manages to escape to to play golf or go to a physiotherapist to sort out his pulled muscles from body combat classes at the gym.

Kenny Roy - Executive Pastor
Americano with cold milk on the side or a latte to go. Nero, not Starbucks. NOT mornings!
Moved from a career as an Accountant to take up the newly created role of Executive Pastor in August 2008.
Married with a son at university and daughter at school, Kenny enjoys time on the golf course or climbing munros.

Susanne Beitan - Pastoral Counsellor
Thanks to Susanne, we always have a supply of filter coffee in the office. Susanne likes to swim regularly and enjoys visiting family in Israel.
When she is not wrestling with computer packages, she is juggling meeting rooms and volunteer counsellors time slots.

Kay Cathcart - Pastor for Missional Expressions and Discipleship and Inter:act Course Leader
Peppermint tea. Early mornings. Married to Stuart, Kay worked with UCCF for 7 years and took up this new role as Discipleship and Training Pastor in June 2008. She loves good food, always has her nose in a book and has the longest job title in the staff team!

Lynn Alexander - Children & Family Pastor
Starbucks Hot chocolate. Office Blogger, and secret gift bringer (but don't tell her we know it's her!)
Lynn is married to Scott and they have a daughter and son at primary school.
The Alexanders moved from Glasgow in August 2008 for Lynn to take up this new role of Children & Family Pastor. Lynn was a Children and Family Pastor for five years in Glasgow and as a former geography teacher manages to find her way to return west as often as possible

Scott Burton - Youth Pastor
Loves the home baking at the senior's coffee mornings and often treats us to some of his own creations at our Monday staff meetings. Married to Gill, Scott has been in youth work for the past 5 years.
A keen snooker player and the fittest guy in the office (and the youngest by 15 years) Scott also loves writing policies and plans for youth work

Ellie Whiteford - Student Pastor
The ex blushing bride-to-be Gibster has now become Whiteforder but will still be the same fun-lovin, caring cheeky student worker with a heart for Harvey Nicks, skiing and facial hair.
Married to James and a history graduate of St Andrew's University, Ellie worked with UCCF as a relay worker and then at Barclays Capital in London before joining the mbc staff team in May 2008.

Jill Smith - CAP Centre Manager
Jill gets more boxes of chocolates than anyone in the world it seems at times! High points of the year are visiting her daughter in Australia or son in Rome with her husband, Kenny.
Always bubbly and chatty, there is never a dull moment with Jill around.

Polly Fleck - Events Manager
Polly lists her hobbies as knitting and nattering and has certificates of merit in both! Married to Mr Alpha at mbc, Brian, they have a son at university and daughter at school. Polly is responsible for the organisation of special events at mbc.

The stabilising influence in the office, Janet ensures we have bulletins, newsletters, prayer news, e-bulletins and an up to date website!
Married to Vijay, they have three grown up children. Janet and Vijay are members of Holy Trinity, Wester Hailes.
