Pastoral Skills Training Course
The course covers areas such as:
- Spiritual resources for care
- Need for pastoral care
- Process of care
- Qualities of a carer
- Life experiences
- Safe practice for care
- Listening skills
It is a good opportunity to help you identify if pastoral care is one of your spiritual gifts and an area of service you could offer to mbc. It is also helpful for those who already have pastoral experience.
As the church has grown and changed, it is to be expected that the opportunities to care for one another have also grown. Whilst we are all responsible for caring, some are equipped to help with particular concerns, and this course will help you know where you can be used.

Freedom in Christ Course
The Freedom in Christ Discipleship Course is specifically designed to help every Christian take hold of the truth of who they are in Christ, resolve personal and spiritual conflicts through genuine repentance, and move on to maturity - probably at a faster rate than they though possible. It is suitable for both new and mature Christians.
