aggregator?
MBC sermons
are now listed in iTunes - search for Morningside Baptist
Church (we're in the category Religion & Spirituality /
Christianity, not surprisingly). You can subscribe there
and download the sermons direct to your iPod.
You can also use an RSS aggregator. To subscribe
to the MBC sermon feed just copy the shortcut from the 
icon on the listen page
and paste it into the relevant place on your aggregator (feed
reader).
Both iTunes and aggregators will show you what
sermons have been added since you last visited, but they only
carry the MP3 version of the sermons. For the Real Audio version
you still need the listen page.
